[Sugar-devel] Review proposal after update

I had gone through your mail and came to know there is confusion in my
proposal regarding the implementation of the project. So, now I had updated
my proposal and had attached an additional file which contains the details
of implementation for more clarity which, you can review and guide me
further on my proposal.
