Hi, I am writing to share my proposal - "Improving Synth, Sample Features, and UI Interactivity in Music Blocks with Tone.js and D3.js." I have attached both a PDF version and a Google Docs link for your convenience.

This proposal combines one of the ideas listed for GSoC, specifically "Improve synth and sample features in Music Blocks." Additionally, I have included a migration plan from Wheelnav.js to D3.js to enhance UI interactivity. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on the proposal.
