[Sugar-devel] Updated proposal for Flatpak port project

Hello Martin Abente and James Cameron,

I've made the changes suggested by you. I've chosen the Typing activity,
which is lightweight and could have a big impact on improving typing speed
if we add a practice mode option to it. It is included in my proposal.
Please take a look at it and suggest if any changes are required.
