[Sugar-devel] [GSoC 2024] Request for Proposal Review: Transition to GTK4 Exploration Project

The GTK3 toolkit is in the sugar-toolkit-gtk3 repository.

I would imagine a GTK4 toolkit may be required, or the gtk3 repository
may be conditionally compiled and renamed.  Which?
