Greetings,

Please find attached my Project Proposal titled - Maintenance/bug fixes for
Music Blocks 3 by Sugar Labs for Google Summer of Code 2023 program.

A Short Proposal summary -

The project outlines the goal of maintaining and improving Music Blocks 3.0
by addressing bugs and regressions to ensure a reliable and efficient
system. The plan includes closing all the low-hanging fruit issues and
sorting the remaining issues by priority to be tackled early in the GSoC
program allowing ample time for testing and refining the code in
production. The proposal contains each of the issues described with an
overview along with an objective and approach to solve it. The project also
includes a commitment to working on issues beyond those mentioned in the
Idealist, such as those related to Japan and issues concerning UI
enhancement and design. However, the focus will be on improving the current
version of the software, rather than adding new features. Overall, the
project is dedicated to improving the efficiency of the current version of
Music Blocks 3.0.
