[Sugar-devel] Sugarizer VueJs Core Proposal By Hazem Kasim

Hello,
I have updated my proposal wrt your last feedback , please notice that
Vuejs component which was done won't be completely enough to make the task
done so I will need to implement some extra components which will improve
the quality of the product . Please review my proposal updates .
