[Sugar-devel] How to get started with contributing

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Farhaan, a computer science undergraduate student. I have just entered
my second year at PES University Bangalore, India. I am new to open-source
contributions, but I am well-versed in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. I
would love to contribute to your organization, can you please guide me on
how to get started?
