[Sugar-devel] Gsoc 2020

Hello James,

I checked this repository;
https://github.com/sugarlabs/sugar/blob/master/docs/ubuntu.md
but there are no commands to install sugar on my operating system which is
Ubuntu 16.04.

Please what can I do?
