[Sugar-devel] Debian Buster - Sugar 0.116 integration

Here's what was needed to integrate Sugar 0.116 on Debian Buster;

- package gwebsockets 0.7, for Python 3 support, because Debian Buster
  has gwebsockets 0.4 which is Python 2 only,

- package csound 6.13.0 or later, for Python 3 support, because Debian Buster
  has csound 6.12.2 not built for Python 3,

- package metacity 3.35.1 or later, for startup experience, because
  Debian Buster has metacity 3.30.1,

- package Sugar Toolkit for GTK 0.116, for Python 2 and Python 3 support,

- package Sugar 0.116,

- package Sugar Datastore 0.116,

- package Sugar Artwork 0.116,

- package the Browse and Terminal activities,

- package the Fructose activity set.
