[Sugar-devel] Finding the "right" GSoC student

For Sugar Labs, our best outcome is when a student continues working
with us after GSoC is finished.

GSoC Program Lead, Stephanie Taylor wrote the "goal of GSoC is to find
students who will become long term contributors to your program".

Stephanie has asked what we look for;

a) that shows a student is a good fit,

b) that raises red flags that the student might be a bad fit,
