[Sugar-devel] GCI (Port to Python 3 (6 of 12))

Hey, 
	I ported this repo (https://github.com/sugarlabs/reflect/pull/13/files <https://github.com/sugarlabs/reflect/pull/13/files>) to Python3, and I tested it too as it exited the logs with 0 stsus. Can you kindly have a look at it and tell me wether I ported this repo correctly.
