Point of clarification. I am vacating my seat as of 31 January to make room
for the 3rd slot so we can rebalance our board seats as per the guidelines.
I plan to run for one of the 4 seats that will open up in the 2020-2022
election at the end of this calendar year.

3.  After a discussion with the election committee, I have decided the
> election will take place from *15th January to 31st January 2020*.
> Results will be declared soon after that.
