Hello Chandan,
Ubuntu 16.04 is too old. Development environment guide require new
Ubuntu, such as 19.04 or 19.10. And is for experts.
For failed login, you can find error messages in
.sugar/default/logs/shell.log
Sucrose version 0.106 is too old. For development with Sugar now, you
need version 0.116.
