By default some versions of Ubuntu do install with deb-src lines in
/etc/apt/sources.list, but they can be removed, so you may have to add
them.
The deb-src lines look almost the same as the deb lines, except for
the first field.
You must run "sudo apt update" after changing sources.list file.
Please read the documentation for Ubuntu, for Debian, and for apt.
This isn't a Sugar problem.
