Thanks for confirming.
Yes, it was a private mail, sent to you at
adityapratapsingh51 at gmail.com last Monday at about 11:54am IST with
Message-ID 20201130062432.GA9493 at laptop.org
My mail server shows the message was accepted by Gmail on your
behalf. If it has gone missing since then, that is outside my control.
You can do things to remedy the problem.
You have the scenario of "Gmail messages are missing", so please read
https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7015314
When mail is filed as spam, please be sure to unmark the mail, so that
the project doesn't take a reputation hit in the filtering systems.
See "Mark or unmark Spam in Gmail"
https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1366858
I've sent the message again. Please check you have it this time?
Here's my mail server logs;

The text of the message comes from
https://github.com/sugarlabs/sugar-docs/blob/master/src/sugar-labs-developer-howto.txt
It is unusual in that it is plain text, and a series of URLs.
