[Favour Kelvin]

The works of 20 students with the highest  number of completed tasks will
be reviewed, considering quality, thoroughness, creativity  and community
involvement.

>From the 20 students the organisation  will name 6 finalist,from those 6
finalist they will chose  2 students as the grand prize winner and two
students as runners ups.
