[Sugar-devel] Sugar Dashboard (Updates)

Hello,

Today was the first day of GSoC! I've started working on the activity today
from scratch based on the mocks given by Peace.

This week we discussed about how the activity should look, what features
should it have, etc,
You can see the Dashboard in screenshot attached. UI elements and features
will change overtime. Suggestions will be appreciated.
