Sagar, Kaushik, you will have to install the Sugar Toolkit for GTK 3
version 0.113 for Python 3 by hand, as none of the downstream Linux
distributions have done this yet.  They build it for Python 2.

Or if either of you are skilled with autotools, Fedora or Debian
packaging, you might suggest how we can encourage the downstream
distributions on this.
