[Sugar-devel] Regarding Contribution for GSOC 2019

*I am a Btech 3rd year undergraduate in CSE and i want to contribute to
Sugar Labs for the project idea*
Expand Sugarizer Exerciser activity

I am basically a MERN stack developer with a fair bit of knowledge in
Javascript and Nodejs.
It will be a very nice exprerience contributing to open source community.

I want to know where to start and proceed further.
