[Sugar-devel] GTK+ renamed to GTK

GTK+ has been renamed to GTK by the upstream project.

Please use the new name.

Whereas I did previously edit to change references from GTK to GTK+,
I'll now be doing the opposite.

However, apart from sugar-docs, I do not want to see a flurry of
"let's change the name" patches to Sugar and activities.  I'll only
accept name changes if there is some *usefulness* to the patch apart
from the name change.

i.e. keep it in mind, but don't fret over it.
