Yes, it is correct.
Browse has three active branches; master, python2, and not-webkit2.
Use master branch v204 with Sugar 0.116 or later.
Use python2 branch v203.2 with Sugar 0.115 or earlier.
Use not-webkit2 branch v157.5 with Sugar 0.112 or earlier or where
WebKit2 is immature.
https://github.com/sugarlabs/browse-activity/blob/master/README.md has
been updated to explain the branches.
activities.sugarlabs.org release announcements can be ignored for
packaging, since it is now only used for activities compatible with
Fedora 18.
