[Sugar-devel] Generating PO files

Thanks.
I already have POT file update for Dashboard activity, also it's already
translated to three languages.
I will add my source files to POTFILE.in
This is for the Dashboard integration to Sugar. I will probably open draft
PRs to review on Sunday.
