[Sugar-devel] GSoC Proposal for "Creating a set of new activities"

Hi everyone!
I am Shubhika Bhardwaj. I have submitted my proposal for Creating a set of
new activities.I would be glad to have you review my proposal and suggest
some changes if needed.

I wanted to create an activity to help the kids with autism. I wanted to
know if  SugarLabs encourages targeted audience projects or not.

If yes, I would like it add that activity to my proposal.
