[Sugar-devel] [GCI] premature approvals

Please, although the students are going to pressure you, do not approve
tasks before they are ready. We need to be consistent with our expectations
for all tasks. And please be sure to read the discussion thread in a task
to make sure that another mentor is not asking the student for additional
work before you approve.
