[Sugar-devel] GCI status

The contest begins next Tuesday. We are in pretty good shape to begin with:
80+ tasks. There are a number of unpublished tasks however, that need
clarification. For example, there is a task that simple says such and such
needs to be fixed and includes a link to an issue. However, when you follow
that link, it doesn't even explain where the code to the activity lives.
Not surprisingly there is a comment on the issue asking where the code is.
We cannot publish tasks that are so vague. Please provide links to the
appropriate repos and better yet, links to the actual code that needs to be
changed.

On the design tasks, the goals need to be expressed. There is a task, for
example, to update an icon. It explains how, but not why. So the student
while not have any idea about what need to be done.

Please let me know if you have any questions and please let me know when
you've made changes so Ibiam and I can review them.
