Thanks, interesting.  The "Error parsing public key" from Sugar
Toolkit also seems to affect the collaboration features.

We need someone to do interactive debugging of the Sugar startup on
Fedora 29 or later.  The symptom does not occur on Debian or Ubuntu.

My guess is something interesting changed from Fedora 28 to Fedora 29.
