[Sugar-devel] Sugar Labs 2018-2020 Oversight Board Election Results

Membership and elections committee are delegated already; you can ask
a few questions or do a questionnaire, and then report to the mailing
list and the board.
Nothing stopping any other member from asking the members they know,
it's just that the full member list of e-mail addresses is kept by the
board to protect members against misuse of their address.
I think the most likely reason for not voting was "no time"; more
important things to do, and leaving it to the rest of us to decide.
