[Sugar-devel] Install sucrose

Hi, James
Alex Perez identified the problem correctly. I needed to run:
sudo apt-get update
before
sudo apt install sucrose
For me, the real concern is that someone attracted to try Sugar may be
turned away be incomplete installation instructions.
