[Sugar-devel] Install sucrose

Tony,

It sounds like you do not have the 'universe' apt repository enabled, 
since this is where the sucrose package lives, according to 
https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/sucrose

With Ubuntu 18.04, you should just be able to run "sudo 
add-apt-repository universe" and enable it.
