[Sugar-devel] Sugar on Windows

G'day,

Sugar on Windows is now ready to test. You can test it by going to my
Github repository (https://github.com/Hrishi1999/Sugar-on-Windows) *or *you
can download at
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1EKMDLS1zojqm4zjVf0ODdtNbrU6Ai2a-

It is based on 'Windows Subsystem for Linux". The application enables WSL
on your system, installs sucrose. There are a few missing features and
bugs, it will be fixed soon).

Please read the docs, follow all the steps and let me know if a step is
missing.

Note: It might sometimes take a few or more tries to start Sugar. (just
keep trying) It could be only reproduced sometimes. This does not happen
while using Xming.
