[Sugar-devel] Final feedback: [Prachi Argawal]

My mentee Prachi Argawa is in good standing and should be sent the final
payment.

Prachi was a productive member of a team of interns who added a timbre
widget to Music Blocks this summer. The widget lets the user design their
own instruments. Prachi worked on extending the block language to support
the variety of filters, synthesizers, and special effects used in designing
instruments and refactored the low-level interface to the synth package to
enable chaining effects. Her work has been committed to our master branch
and will be part of a release planned for the fall.
