- testing Sugar 0.112 on Fedora 18, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 17.10 Artful,
  and Debian Sid,

- cascading espeak-ng default voice change into sugar-toolkit-gtk3,

- fix overlarge font size on Fedora 18 with Terminal activity,

- debugging repeating speech from gst-plugins-espeak, easily
  reproduced by asking the plugin to speak "testing one two three"
  followed by "alpha beta".
