Hello

I'm a student developer from India. I would like to work on the Sugarizer
server dashboard as a GSoC 2017 Project. I'm getting used to the codebase
of Sugarizer, I have a couple of pull requests pending, aimed to solve 2

How do I go about the proposal? Is there a specific format? Any help would
be highly appreciated.
