[Sugar-devel] Outreachy - Going Beyond Equal Temperament in Music Blocks

When applying to Outreachy, is submitting an application through Outreachy
application process sufficient? For GSOC Sugar Labs have a proposal
template but there is no such template for Outreachy is it? (Apart from the
Outreachy's application template)
