[Sugar-devel] Outreachy project participation

Hello everyone,
I am a computer science student of International Institute of Information
Technology, Hyderabad, India. I am interested in participating in Outreachy
this year, and have been contributing to open source projects on Github for
the past few months. Is "Timbre Widget for Music Blocks"  an Outreachy
project, as I am interested in working on it.
I am comfortable with git, python, django, javascript, typescript, html5
and css. I have set up the sugar environment successfully on my desktop.
How do I get started with contributing ?Can anyone mentor me?
