[Sugar-devel] Error: Sugar Environment Setup

Hello,
I have sugar 0.108 installed on my Ubuntu 16.04 (using these instructions
<https://developer.sugarlabs.org/dev-environment.md.html>).
When I run TurtleBlocks, TamTamJam and TestWebActivity I get the message
"Failed to Start" and (stop) button.
PFA a screenshot for this.
If this is not a solved issue should I report the bug at
https://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ ?
