[Sugar-devel] Wanted: Record activity port to GStreamer 0.10

G'day,

The Record activity is a camera and microphone activity, for taking
photographs, making videos, and sound recordings.

There is an opportunity for a community developer to port the Record
activity from Gtk2 to Gtk3, and from GStreamer 0.10 to GStreamer 1.0.

The benefit is continued availability of the activity to users of
Sugar.

Downstream Linux distributions are deprecating GStreamer 0.10 and
Gtk2.
