[Sugar-devel] GSoC 2016 Proposal

As I have mentioned in my previous mail, I have written the wiki page. What
I do not understand is the part in google proposal where it says


> Submit Your Final Proposal
> Upload a *final PDF* which Sugar Labs will see after the deadline.



Also, Walter sir said the same thing:
