Hi all,
Answering some of Dave's questions to Samson, based on experience.
> Which provider/offer is this? :)
There are numerous ISP's in Nigeria, but almost all of them are sluggish and annoying to use and I guess Samson is going for a fast broadband service that will serve its purpose and I even think the price he quoted a little bit low compared to a market research I conducted recently to Unlimited Service.

>of nearly-new laptops for around USD$400 in Port Harcourt:
Buying a used or repaired Laptops in Nigeria is a waste of money, because those Laptops are very inferior and does not last. It is better to get a news standard Laptop to avoid repairing laptops or disappointments when it is needed most.
ThanksIfeanyi
