[Sugar-devel] Add more components to bugs.sl.org

Yes, the Components and Versions lists in trac are out of date.

No, we can't expect or ask for users to choose between artwork,
toolkit, and jarabe.  Users will get this wrong.  I'm fine with just
Sugar.

Other suggestions:

1.  remove the 0.102.0 Milestone,

2.  add Versions for 0.100, 0.102, 0.104, 0.106,

3.  remove Versions before 0.98,

4.  make sure every activity in the Ubuntu or Fedora builds is listed
in the Component list.
