[Sugar-devel] MusicKeyboard csound6 version

I have released a version of MusicKeyboard ported to csound6.

This version is useful to package on distributions that do not support
csound 5.2 anymore, like recent versions of Fedora and Ubuntu.

Include a new widget to change the instrument and the possibility of record
and play
the keys played. Can also create a audio file with the music played.

Include the work of Aneesh Dogra done in GSoC.

Something pending to port to csound6 is the code used to play rhythms and
percussion.
I am working with the csound developers to find a solution.
After that, is possible port the TamTam suite too.

I didn't included this release in ASLO, because if is downloaded on any of
our
actual images will not work. (because all include csound 5.2 and not csound
6)
