Thanks for testing.

It worked fine as is with gst-launch-0.10, totem, Firefox, or the
GtkLauncher in webkitgtk.

It wasn't working with gst-launch-1.0, Browse-157.1, Epiphany, or the
GtkLauncher in webkitgtk3.  The common cause was GStreamer 1.0.

gst-inspect-0.10 vs gst-inspect-1.0 showed differences with respect to
vmeta and mp4.

Two packages were missing from restricted-4.ini and have been added
for any next release or custom builds:

Please try again with the gstreamer1-plugins-vmeta added, which the
ask.fedoraproject.org answer couldn't know about.
