The same Browse problem #12866 also affects 12.1.0.  If you're not
hearing reports of it, there's something wrong.  Either the users
aren't talking, or there is a language dependency in the problem.  You
might test for the problem in the configured language.

The problem was latent; it was rare until Google changed their search
results JavaScript elements.

I doubt it.  Once a performance degradation is discovered and
published, no amount of countering fact will undo it.  People
work on emotion, not analysis.
