[Sugar-devel] Development meeting, road to 106 #2

Hello everyone,

It's been two weeks since our last development-team meeting and its time to
make decisions so we can officially start our new development cycle (road
to stable 0.106).

Here are some of the topics I want to discuss (feel free to propose others):

   - Define freezes deadlines.
   - Revisit unmerged features from the 0.104 [1].
   - Review our upstreaming and reviewing process [3].
   - Provisions for the testing team.

For this meeting I propose:

   - Date: Saturday April 11, 2015.
   - Time: 22:00 UTC
   - Place: #sugar-meeting at freenode.

I am proposing this date and time specifically to make it easier to
participate for younger members and those who live in distant time zones.
