[Sugar-devel] [Announcing] Sucrose 0.103.0 unstable release

Hello everyone,

I am pleased to announce our first release of the 0.103.x series. Please
keep in mind that this is an unstable release, as we move forward for the
stable 0.104.0 release, please help us testing it!
