[Sugar-devel] Changes to 0.102 schedule

Hello,

as proposed by Gonzalo, the schedule for 0.102 has been updated

0.101.4 - 04/01/14 - Feature Freeze
0.101.5 - 05/01/14 - String, UI, API freeze
0.102.0 - 06/01/14 - Final release

The most important change is that Feature freeze has moved to April 1.
