[Sugar-devel] Proposing review 0.102 schedule

Daniel, I agree.

I like the post-freeze features.. If you wait to 0.104 as example Uruguay
needs to wait for Color Coded Devices..
I think we need to work urgent in the list of features. I'll start asap
