[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] replace combo box on language panel

There are more space in the panel, is possible enlarge the paletted to
reduce
the number of elipsed Languages/Countries.

Also, I found elipsing in the middle less useful than in the end,
there are any reason to use it?
