[Sugar-devel] [DESIGN] age by year instead of by groups of years

This is a important point, and we need think about this in the context of
the design too.

Will not be possible have a list of grades common to all countries,
then will be needed a configuration. We can make the "about me" section
ask the grade only if is configured.
