Hello,

yet another release on the way to 0.100!

Highlights:

* View source fixed both for native and web activities
* Lots and lots of updated translations
* Session notifications for web activities
* Fix session on systems without systemd
* Don't block when loading backgrounds
* Fix web account settings
* Fix failure to update activities with the microformat updater
* Fix a crash when using the journal
* Don't leak web activity processes
* Fix crash when copying journal entries to the documents folder
